Psychedelic Integration Video Series

These recorded workshops create a strong foundation for integration. They introduce key concepts for using psychedelic (and similar) experiences for personal growth and healing, as well as practices and journaling prompts for your self-guided integration journey. Each of the modules is described below.

  • The Somatic Experience

    Psychedelic experiences operate at all levels – mind, body, and spirit – so connecting with the body is crucial to a complete picture of your experience.

  • Emotions as Wisdom

    Emotions can be one of the most confusing aspects of a conscious awakening. Are they valid, to be honored and expressed? Or is the real goal to be always peaceful and calm? Leverage any emotion for your growth.

  • Shadow Work

    Psychedelic states show us aspects of ourselves and of life that aren’t always pleasant or pretty. In this session, gently build your resilience for encountering challenges in past or future journeys.

  • Totems & Sigils

    Connect to earth energy through exploration of plant allies, spirit animals, totems and sigils. Experiences in nature help us ground and center ourselves. Working with symbolic objects helps connect big ideas to solid thoughts and actions.

  • Integration as Life

    This session covers models of integration to support your ongoing practice. When is it the right time to seek another journey experience? Develop your personal plan for continuing the work of awakening.
