Be your own permission

I feel so humbled and also inspired when I see people face to face and they reflect back to me that they’ve been following my posts and receiving value.

It is so easy these days to feel isolated, disconnected, invisible. Yet we never know where and how our presence, our words, our experience, and our energy is impacting others. When you step out on your path, the ripples go throughout your network, whether you realize it or not. My clients always reach a moment where the visibility and authentic life they’re stepping into gets noticed by someone else, where they inspire someone else to follow suit. I love celebrating that with them.

It is only by showing up as who we want to be (who we truly are) that we create the world we want to see. Everyone is waiting for permission to get real. Be the permission. BE the permission. For yourself, for others. Stop waiting.
